STEAM4INNOVATOR is a capacity-building program in innovation for Thai youth who aspire to become innovators. It is a key initiative led by the National Innovation Agency (NIA) to develop young innovation entrepreneurs. The program integrates business and entrepreneurial skills with knowledge and understanding in STEAM, enabling youth to apply and create innovations based on science and technology with a complete dimension of business application.

STEAM4INNOVATOR offers a modern learning approach designed to guide young people in creating innovative works and growing into future innovators. Based on STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics—the program also emphasizes turning innovative ideas into viable businesses through four key stages:
- Stage 1 Insight – Observing the environment, interviewing targets, identifying real problems, and gaining new perspectives to spark meaningful ideas.
- Stage 2 Wow! Idea – Defining problems and goals clearly, then generating creative, practical, and valuable solutions.
- Stage 3 Business Model – Designing the overall concept and management plan by integrating people, technology, resources, and diversity to build a practical and achievable business.
- Stage 4 Production & Diffusion – Bringing ideas to life through tangible products or services and delivering them to the market.
